These Terms govern your use of Lucid (lucid.leadfuel.cloud), the personal AI coaching and planning product operated by Emerging Technology Group LLC. By using Lucid you agree to them.
Lucid is an AI coach and planner. It is not therapy, not a licensed counselor or clinician, not a medical device, and not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing Lucid says creates a professional, clinical, or fiduciary relationship. For medical, mental-health, legal, or financial decisions, consult a qualified professional.
Lucid recommends and drafts. It does not act, send, book, purchase, or move money as you without your explicit approval. Outbound messages, calendar writes, and similar actions are proposed for your review and only happen when you approve them. You are responsible for what you choose to approve and act on.
To plan your real life, Lucid can ingest data you connect or submit, including health/biometrics and your messages, as well as calendar, contacts, location, email, and financial data. Some of this is "special-category" / "sensitive" personal data. By connecting a source or submitting such content, you give your explicit consent to our processing it for coaching and planning for you, as described in the Privacy page. You may withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting the source and/or deleting your data.
We use the following subprocessors to run Lucid: Anthropic (AI coaching/planning), Voyage AI (embeddings for memory/retrieval), Stripe (billing), and Railway (hosting + managed Postgres). Private-tier data (health, messages, finance) is not sent to Anthropic or Voyage. See the Privacy page for what each receives.
Lucid is $29/month, billed via Stripe through your Novah/LeadFuel account. You can cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues until the close of the paid period and does not auto-renew after cancellation. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g. the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal).
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lucid. Lucid is not directed to children under that age.
The data Lucid holds about you is yours. You can export it and
delete it at any time (DELETE /me/data purges your local capture log
and the shared semantic store). We do not sell your data and do not use your content to train
third-party AI models. See the Privacy page.

We will notify the account email of material changes to these Terms at least 30 days before they take effect.
